RETURN POLICY
What are your Exchange and Return Policies?
We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online. Because of this we always recommend contacting us with any questions or concerns before purchasing. We are committed to making your experience with Poppy & Plum Skincare the best it can be and will accept exchanges of any glo minerals, glo therapeutics or glo essentials product within 7 days of the original purchase accompanied by the original invoice for account credit.
For unopened, unused products we will accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original invoice.
To return a product or exchange one for account credit, email us at pam@poppyandplumskincare.com. We will respond to your email within 2 business days.
When shipping returns or exchanges back to glo, please ship products in the box they were originally sent to you in or in a similar box. Please do not ship our products in a padded envelope. This does not keep products safe from damage.
Please note: original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges. For returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to Poppy & Plum Skincare.
